Still (not) running

Because I’m a little bit busted. The Podiatrist said no running until my calves were better. But that’s going to take some time. They are tight as the proverbial and I am doing my best to do daily stretches but that probably isn’t enough.

Anyway, I’ve had some time off and now I’m trying to get back into it again.
