So this is one of the hills I run on in Yass. Nice view on the way down…not so good on the way up!
Apparently the only way to train for hills is to run hills. Who knew! But running downhill should apparently not be a sprint, especially if you have shins like mine. Controlled and concentrating is what I’ve been told. So no making up for time lost on the ascent for me!
